Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Product Management within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and SaaS platforms for corporate services.
• Experience balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven delivery of technology-enabled change using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods.
• Experience leading Product Managers and Product Owners in complex portfolios.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Knowledge of shared service operating models and police/public sector context.
