Job summary

Mint Selection is recruiting a senior Head of Trading to own revenue performance at a European IPP in London. You will set the strategy, target operating model, and lead the physical power trading, asset optimisation and P&L governance.

You will scale the trading function, build on an established quant team, and drive algorithmic and automated trading initiatives while ensuring strong governance and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of short-term power markets
• Asset-backed power trading with P&L responsibility
• Understanding of algorithmic and automated trading
• Experience building a trading function
