Job summary

Keyloop, a leading automotive retail software business, seeks a head of Platform & Data Engineering to set and execute the platform strategy across 100+ markets. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CTO, shaping API-first, cloud-native architecture and secure, scalable services powering product engineering and AI capabilities.

You will lead a distributed team, define topologies, drive integration and data platforms, enable low-code/no-code connectors, and partner with product

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of platform and data engineers.
• Define and execute the platform strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own integration layer, API gateway, and IDP across product lines.
• Drive cloud-native architecture, IaC, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee data lake, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with CTO and product leadership to align with business goals.
• Establish governance, observability, and FinOps discipline.
