We’re partnering with a high-growth, remote-first SaaS scaleup on the hunt for their first Chief People Officer. Already generating strong double-digit millions in revenue, this is a business on the cusp of something big, with bold plans to multiply that success and cement its position as a global category leader.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a global, strategic People leadership role where you’ll be building from strong foundations - profitable, multi-country footprint, product-led culture - and laying the tracks for the next wave of scale. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position for a leader who loves marrying vision with execution, and thrives in fast-moving, high change environments.

The Opportunity:

You’ll join the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and take full ownership of the People function - defining strategy, embedding culture, and building systems that can scale. You’ll be the architect of a high-performing, values-led team, while also being hands-on where needed across hiring, onboarding, performance, compliance, and leadership development.

What We’re Really Looking For:

  • A commercially-minded People leader with experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses from ~50 to 500+ people and in high-velocity, international environments
  • Someone who’s led talent acquisition at pace (think: 40 to 100+ hires in 12 months), built out performance frameworks, and helped shape a culture of delivery and ambition
  • You’ve got serious strategic chops - but you’re also happy getting your hands dirty. You know how to build systems, OKRs and structure that enable scale, not slow it down
  • You’re smart, articulate and emotionally intelligent, but also assertive, confident and direct. Not afraid to challenge or push when needed, especially in a room of strong personalities.
  • You’ve worked in tech or software scaleups, and you get what it takes to move fast, influence founders, and align exec teams around a shared direction
  • You thrive in ambiguity, have a track record of building from scratch, and bring the grit, gravitas and gumption needed to grow something big.
