The position sits on the executive team and works closely with an experienced CEO committed to a people-centred culture.

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience, ideally as HRD, CPO, or Head of HR.
  • Evidence of shaping and delivering people strategies aligned with growth and transformation.
  • Track record of cultural change in a highly mission-driven business.
  • Experience owning or influencing wellbeing, DEI, and internal communications at senior level.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and ability to operate as a business partner, not just a functional leader.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • CIPD qualified (Chartered preferred), or equivalent experience.
