Role Overview: At Sandwell Council, we are modernising our workforce strategy and organisational development. As Chief People Officer, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leading HR and OD functions, implementing workforce strategies, and embedding a culture of performance and accountability. You will transform HR operations to a modern, business-partnering approach, develop constructive relationships with trade unions, and leverage our Oracle Fusion system for better data and decision-making.
