Job summary

A fast-growing mutual/not-for-profit organisation is seeking a dynamic Chief People Officer. As part of the executive team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to foster a people-centered culture, lead strategic HR initiatives, and drive cultural change in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience, ideally as HRD, CPO or Head of HR.
  • Experience shaping and delivering people strategies aligned to growth.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and collaborative leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience owning or influencing wellbeing, DEI, and internal communications at senior level.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capability, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • CIPD qualified (Chartered preferred), or equivalent experience.
