Essentials:

• CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional standing)
• Board or Executive Committee-level HR leadership experience
• Proven success creating & implementing transformative people strategies
• Track record unifying cultures during periods of significant change
• Experience building high-performing HR functions with care and attention
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnership skills
