Lead the strategic people agenda during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.
Shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, development, reward, and employer branding.
Elevate the HR function from an operational focus to a strategic leadership role.

What We Are Looking For:
An experienced No.1 HR Leader, with proven experience in the software industry.
A track record of successfully scaling organisations from 500-1500 employees.
Experience in international expansion and managing complex organisational structures.
A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ideally based in the Midlands, with the ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
Pacey, impatient for results, but not at the expense of quality.
A passion for driving change and growth in a fast-paced environment.
