The Opportunity:

  • Lead the strategic people agenda during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.
  • Shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, development, reward, and employer branding.
  • Elevate the HR function from an operational focus to a strategic leadership role.
  • Play a pivotal role in transitioning the company from a scale-up to an established industry leader.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An experienced No.1 HR Leader, with proven experience in the software industry.
  • A track record of successfully scaling organisations from 500-1500 employees.
  • Experience in international expansion and managing complex organisational structures.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ideally based in the Midlands, with the ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
  • Pacey, impatient for results, but not at the expense of quality.
  • A passion for driving change and growth in a fast-paced environment.
