Job description
Overview

This is a pivotal moment to join us as our new Chief People and Culture Officer. You will lead Sirona's response to the Government's 10 Year Plan, and the supporting national workforce plan, to ensure that our organisation is well placed to harness the opportunities presented by the radical 3 shifts: from hospital to community, from analogue to digital and from sickness to prevention.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and, as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will provide transformational leadership across all of our people functions and professional advice and guidance to the Board strategically and in relation to Sirona\'s responsibilities as an employer.

You will shape how we attract, develop and retain our people and how we support well-being whilst instilling a high-performance culture. You will lead visibly across our organisation and with our partners, role modelling our values every day and championing inclusion and equality of opportunity at all levels.

This is a role for a strategic, values-led leader with a proven track record of delivering cultural and workforce transformation in complex, people facing organisations. You will bring deep expertise in organisational development, leadership, and engagement, along with the credibility and confidence to influence at the highest levels.
