Job summary

ScreenSkills is seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to lead the People function, shaping organisational culture, capability, leadership and structures to deliver its ambitions. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Senior Management Team, you will balance strategic oversight with hands-on action to translate policies into everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Substantial generalist HR experience at senior leadership level.
• Proven track record in organisation design, workforce planning and change.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employment practices.
• CIPD Level 5 or higher or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and implementing inclusive EDI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO and SMT on organisation design, capability and culture.
• Lead workforce planning and skills mapping to support strategy.
• Define and embed culture, performance, and employee experience.
• Develop learning and leadership development across the org.
• Oversee HR operations from recruitment to employee records and payroll.
• Lead the HR team and foster a trusted, inclusive function.
• Drive equity, diversity and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide legal and policy advice on employment matters.
