COREcruitment are thrilled to be working with a passionate social enterprise in the UK who offer software services to non-profit organisations to measure their social impact. They are looking for a Director of Finance & Operations or COO to join their leadership team to be the face of the internal business.

The Individual:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance & Operations or COO with a strong understanding of the public sector and social enterprise environment. You will have experience in either Finance, HR and operations and possess the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a close-knit team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, finance, or operations, ideally with a background in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector and social enterprise environment.
  • Ability to work closely with outsourced service providers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support our growth and increase our social impact.
  • Experience in start-up environments is highly desirable.
