The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, in partnership with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, invites applications for the role of Chief Operating Officer for Planned Care. You will lead the strategic and operational delivery of elective care, diagnostics, cancer services, theatres and outpatient transformation across both Trusts, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

You will report to the Group Chief Delivery Officer, drive performance, transformation and innovation at scale, and build strong

Competenze

Substantial senior operational leadership experience in complex healthcare organisations.
Experience delivering significant performance improvement and service transformation.
Proven track record of leading large multidisciplinary teams through change.
Strategic thinking alongside operational delivery expertise.

Lead large-scale operational transformation across multiple service areas.
Drive performance against national and local priorities.
Deliver improvement in quality, access and productivity.
Develop strong partnerships across the Black Country Integrated Care System.
