About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational strategy, enhance organizational efficiency, and support business growth.

As a key executive leader, you will streamline operations, drive performance, and align business plans with the company’s long-term vision.

You will oversee and improve the effectiveness of Leasing & Asset Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Store Development & Design, Risk Management & Compliance, Retail Operations, Retail Technology, Project Management Office (PMO), and Digital Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute multi-year and annual business strategies.
