The role:

My client is currently recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to become a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The COO is the company’s second-in-command and is responsible for the efficiency of the business, playing a pivotal role in strategic planning and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure smooth, efficient processes across departments.

* Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals.

* Ensure operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

* Manage budgets and prepare detailed reports current and forecasting.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

* Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.

* Assess and manage the principal risks of the company (proposals, projects, and staffing).

* Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed.

* Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

* Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals including department heads, to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

* Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and is a safe and legally compliant workplace.
