Job summary

MHR is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to lead end-to-end customer operations and a unified service delivery model. You will drive performance, governance and a seamless operating rhythm across Professional Services, Managed Services, Service Desk, Service Management, Customer Success and Service Design.

You will shape strategy, balance customer value with commercial performance, and build a scalable organisation ready for sustainable growth in a SaaS-enabled services environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across customer operations, service delivery or a comparable operational environment.
• Proven experience leading Professional Services, programme delivery and/or managed services.
• Experience operating in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and continuous improvement of MHR’s customer-facing operating model.
• Establish objectives, operating rhythms, governance and performance measures across all areas.
• Ensure collaboration between Professional Services, Managed Services, Service Desk, Service Management, Customer Success, Service Design, Product and Sales.
• Translate business strategy into practical operating plans, priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Build an efficient, scalable organisation capable of supporting growth and changing needs.
• Maintain appropriate controls, risk management and regulatory compliance.
