We’re a lean, founder-led digital startup on a mission to build smarter, faster, and more impactful systems for modern businesses. Our focus is on automation, AI-powered video marketing, and scalable web solutions — blending creativity with cutting-edge tech.

Everything from pricing models to delivery systems is already mapped out. Now we’re looking for the right person to help bring it to life and shape the way we go to market.

About This Role

This is a rare opportunity to come in at the very beginning and play a key role in shaping something new. You’ll be the first person to join me — helping finalise the business plan, deliver our first client projects, and set the foundation for scalable, long-term growth.

You’ll have real input, real responsibility, and the freedom to help define how we operate from day one.

The Relationship

I’m looking for my right-hand person — someone I can trust, build with, and enjoy working alongside as we launch this business. You'll start as a paid contractor, but ideally become a key part of the company long-term, helping shape its growth and direction.

This is a shared journey. I want us to work closely, bounce ideas, celebrate wins, and build something lean, global, and meaningful — while also creating a system that rewards results. When the business becomes profitable, you'll have the freedom to grow your compensation in line with the impact you're making. In short: help the business thrive, and you’ll thrive with it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Review and refine the existing launch strategy & business plan
  • Plan and lead the first client project(s)
  • Build and manage systems for proposals, delivery, feedback, and handoff
  • Hire and coordinate freelancers (editors, developers, automators)
  • Decide which service divisions to activate first based on ROI potential
  • Work independently, but in close collaboration with me
  • Optimise everything to scale smoothly

You’ll be given access to our internal systems and plans — already mapped out across services, pricing, outreach, and delivery.

Who You Are

  • You’ve been through the startup trenches — ideally with 10–20+ years of real-world experience. You’ve helped launch businesses before, understand how to turn ideas into revenue, and are confident you can make this profitable and scalable quickly.
  • If you already have a network of trusted freelancers, clients, or industry contacts — that's a massive bonus. We’d love to leverage any connections that can give us a head start.
  • Experienced in launching or managing digital projects (startup, agency, or freelance)
  • Autonomous, strategic, and highly organised
  • Able to hire and manage freelancers effectively
  • Comfortable with async comms and remote-first working
  • Friendly, focused, and collaborative — ideally someone I’d enjoy building this with
  • Familiar with Notion, Slack, Framer, Zapier/Make, or quick to learn new tools
  • Actively using AI tools in your daily life and excited about the AI revolution — you stay curious, up to date with trends, and want to take advantage of what’s coming
