We are an 8-figure ecommerce brand that sells products for kids in more than 15 countries. We launched the brand at the beginning of 2022 and scaled it from 0 to multiple 7 figures in our first year, did 8 figures in sales in 2023 and multiple 8 figures in 2024.

We are looking for a COO that will work directly with the CEO and our entire senior management team to grow TheKiddoSpace to a billion dollar company in less than five years.

  • Passion for team management and development.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outgoing personality with excellent social skills.
  • Keen interest in staying on top of trends and incorporating them into team management
  • Translate CEO/CMO vision into operational strategy, ensuring cross-departmental alignment.
  • Be the #1 person in charge of creating a high-performance culture in the entire company.
  • Set operational KPIs and OKRs aligned with revenue goals, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with CFO to ensure budget alignment, cash flow management, and cost optimization across all departments.
  • Standardize and optimize SOPs across product, supply chain, customer service, and Amazon/TikTok shop operations.
  • Lead the expansion of the company to different 3PLS around the world.
  • Drive automation and system integration across platforms (inventory, CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Lead operational risk management, identifying bottlenecks and implementing preventive measures.
  • Oversee organizational design to ensure optimal structure and efficiency as the company grows.
