Job Description:

Our client is a privately owned, high growth, acquisitive and organically scaling IT managed services provider (MSP) with revenues of circa £80m and a very healthy EBITDA. Crucially, it has very little debt (yes, there is one!) and is disrupting the well trodden MSP market. They are now seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer who will be accountable for operations, processes, systems and product to help them scale beyond £100m in revenues.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5 years of experience as a COO or equivalent in a growth MSP

- Led diverse operations in businesses of £70m+ - THIS IS ESSENTIAL

- Excellent strategic and leadership skills

- High energy, durability and a problem solver

- Happy to work in Birmingham, Manchester or London on a daily basis

- Natural leader and communicator
