Role Overview

The COO will fully own service delivery, operational execution and global team leadership, ensuring every product and service meets the highest standards. This role demands exceptional leadership, sharp decision-making, seamless execution and a relentless focus on quality, value and efficiency.

Leading a diverse, high-performing global team, you’ll manage complex projects, drive operational improvements and work closely with customers and partners, ensuring Bolt6 remains the gold standard in sports technology.

  4. Establish high-impact quality controls, guaranteeing that every product meets the demands of or exceeds elite sports and performance technology.

Global Leadership & Team Management

  1. Lead and inspire a world-class team, ensuring collaboration across functions and geographies.
  2. Constantly improve people, technology and processes to support expansion and operational success.
  3. Cultivate a high-energy, engaging, performance culture, ensuring Bolt6 attracts and retains top industry talent.

Project & Operational Excellence

  1. Oversee large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
  2. Implement scalable structures that support rapid international expansion.
