This high-growth investment firm is combining cutting-edge AI with capital markets to build a systematic investment platform from the ground up. With live strategies already in motion, they’re looking for a commercially minded and execution-focused COO/CRO to lead operations, risk, and regulatory alignment.

You’ll partner closely with the CEO to establish a best-in-class operating model while ensuring the business meets FCA requirements and institutional standards. What You’ll Own

·End-to-end fund operations, including NAV oversight

·Enterprise risk and FCA compliance (SMCR, MiFID II)

·Investor onboarding, governance, and operational controls

·Development of risk-aware culture and leadership across operations and compliance

What You’ll Bring

·10+ years in hedge fund operations, COO/CRO roles, or fund administration

·Strong experience in fund accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls

·A deep understanding of FCA regulations and experience in SMF16/17 functions

·A strategic mindset with hands-on delivery and credibility at the board level
