We are seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Chief Officers of Hampshire and IOW Constabulary. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Chief Officer team by delivering efficient diary management, confidential document handling, and professional communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Closing Date: Sunday 27th July 2025 at 23:59 hours
Requirements include proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role, excellent communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, high discretion, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and confidence in setting up online/hybrid meetings. Knowledge of policing or public sector environments is desirable but not essential.
Educated to QCF Level 2, with 5 passes including English, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience supporting senior managers, with extensive experience in typing, document layout, and Microsoft Office applications.
