Citizens Advice Edenbridge and Westerham is a not-for-profit organisation, Registered Charity, and Company Limited by Guarantee. We operate mainly in Edenbridge, with an outreach in Westerham.

We are looking to recruit a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of building strong relationships, providing inspirational leadership, and demonstrating a genuine commitment to accessible, high-quality advice services.

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to empower our frontline staff to make decisions that enable excellent customer service. We seek an energetic individual who can lead and develop our staff towards this goal while remaining accountable to all stakeholders.
