Job summary

Hone seeks a highly capable operator to join as a role that may evolve into Chief of Staff to the co-founders. You will own the end-to-end motions that run Hone, including recruiting, partnerships, pricing and contracting, and overall operating cadence.

The role requires hands-on leadership across multiple functions and stakeholders in a fast-growing startup. We value strong operating fundamentals, commercial judgment, and daily use of AI agents to automate real parts of the business.

Qualifications

• Real operating experience at a fast-growing startup, not just advising.
• Built new functions, motions, or organizations from scratch.
• Run them at scale and kept them running.
• Strong operating fundamentals: planning, metrics, dashboards, written decisions.
• Commercial judgment: you've priced, negotiated or structured deals.
• You use AI agents every day to automate real parts of your work.
• You genuinely care about building the machinery that makes a company run.

Responsibilities

• Own the motions that run Hone, and hand each to an engine once it works.
• Oversee recruiting, partnerships and channels, pricing and contracting, cadence, and special projects.
• Flex across functions and stakeholders to scale Hone into a scalable machine.
• Collaborate directly with Hone's co-founders to drive critical business operations.
• Maintain operating cadence with planning, dashboards, and weekly/goals updates.
