The Trust is recruiting for a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the Trust’s Mental Health Framework. The postholder will advocate for children and young people with mental health needs and contribute to the development of mental health services, ensuring access to quality care and individualized treatment plans. The role also involves oversight of the mental health legislative framework.

The postholder will collaborate with clinical directorates, professions, and external stakeholders, including mental health champion groups in North Central London, to promote parity of esteem for patients.
