We are seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead our clinical strategy and ensure outstanding patient care across our network. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will play a pivotal role in medical leadership, regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Quality

  • Lead and enhance the quality of care and patient safety across all sites.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence, ethics, and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure full compliance with NHS, CQC, GMC, and UK healthcare standards.
  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Quality on audits and inspections.
  • Mitigate clinical risks and ensure continuous quality improvement.

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Shape and deliver Omnes’ medical strategy in line with organisational goals.
  • Identify new service lines including NHS contracts, private care, and digital innovations.
  • Represent Omnes in ICS partnerships, NHS forums, and external networks.

Medical Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of senior clinicians.
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors to support clinical performance.
