The Opportunity

At N-iX, active and effective marketing has been central to our success. We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to lead our global marketing strategy. In this leadership role, you will guide a high-performing marketing team to drive demand generation, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth across all service lines, working closely with our diverse leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the global marketing strategy amidst business expansion and AI-driven market changes.
  • Elevate N-iX brand across markets, ensuring clear messaging and differentiation.
  • Develop and scale multi-channel campaigns including digital, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing departments to promote joint success stories and run joint campaigns with technology partners.
  • Oversee lead-generation and branding content production and distribution.
  • Assess and improve existing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance metrics.
  • Partner with business units to promote new services and offerings effectively.
  • Support regional activities and sales teams to scale efforts regionally.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in B2B technology or digital services.
  • At least 12 years in areas such as integrated marketing, corporate communications, global branding, or performance marketing.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Expertise with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing).
  • Proven ability to produce and publish lead generation content.
  • Extensive professional network and media expertise.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and buyer personas in the software development industry, with regional and segment-specific strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in ROI tracking and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working in the US and UK markets.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams is preferred.
