Overview

Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Oil, Gas & Energy Infrastructure

We are establishing a world-class, transformative international Oil & Gas and Energy Infrastructure company, driving multi-billion-dollar strategic projects across the Middle East, Israel, and Europe. Our operations include:

  • Cross-border energy trading and refined products supply at scale
  • Large-scale infrastructure development: storage, pipelines, LNG facilities, and terminals
  • Projects of critical geo-strategic importance, shaping energy flows and connectivity across key regional corridors

We are seeking a visionary CMO with global experience, capable of defining and executing the company’s marketing and brand strategy at the highest executive level, positioning the company alongside international majors, and establishing a world-class corporate identity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive global brand and marketing strategy for multi-billion-dollar energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Drive corporate positioning, reputation, and executive visibility across global markets.
  • Oversee and integrate marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring full alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and the board to define long-term brand and market impact, elevating the company to a premier global energy player.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in CMO / Global Head of Marketing & Brand roles within Oil & Gas or Energy Infrastructure.
  • Track record of leading marketing and branding for multi-billion-dollar, complex international projects with measurable strategic impact.
  • Strategic visionary with demonstrated expertise in corporate positioning, brand architecture, and global execution.
  • Experience managing marketing for high-stakes, cross-border, geo-strategic energy projects.
  • Exceptional ability to operate at executive and board level, influencing key decisions and shaping organizational identity.
Compensation
  • At the initial stage, this is a founding executive position without a monthly salary.
  • A long-term incentive package will be provided, reflecting the candidate’s strategic impact and contribution to company growth.
  • Monthly compensation will be introduced in the future as the company progresses, combined with equity participation to align interests with long-term success.
