Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Chief Manufacturing Engineer for our client, a producer of cutting-edge integrated electric motor and power electronics modules for the automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, robotics, and green technology sectors. The successful candidate will lead the development and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes for electric motor and electronic system production.

The Chief Manufacturing Engineer will:

  • Implement automation, robotics, and PLC-based control systems to enhance production consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, reduce defects, and optimize cycle times.
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to introduce and validate new manufacturing technologies.
  • Oversee the selection, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment and tooling.
  • Apply advanced manufacturing techniques such as high-precision welding, coil winding, adhesive dispensing, and thermal management.

The Chief Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in automation, robotics, and control systems integration.
  • Strong background in lean manufacturing, precision assembly, and high-volume production.
  • Proficiency in MES, SQL databases, and data-driven process optimization.
  • Knowledge of TS16949, ISO 9001, and automotive/aerospace manufacturing standards.
  • Proven track record in process innovation and production efficiency improvements.
