An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of the country's leading selective schools, awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade, to join a welcoming and supportive team committed to students' exam success.
The successful candidate will have previous invigilation experience, including managing individual rooms and access arrangements, be familiar with JCQ and exam board regulations, and have experience working in a busy team environment. They should be IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook), possess excellent communication skills, and be organized and calm under pressure. Professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Working hours: This is an annualized contract reflecting flexible working needs. 767 hours will be worked across 39 school weeks, covering all exam periods, with additional ad hoc exams and planning outside these periods, including:
