Trinny London Limited is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to lead the NPD and Innovation team, driving breakthrough products from concept to launch. You will shape the innovation roadmap, align with the Founder, and blend science with consumer insight to push the brand forward.

You will manage formulation, testing, regulatory alignment and external partnerships, while championing a culture of scientific rigour and ambitious growth in a fast-paced beauty business.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in NPD within a beauty/skincare environment.
• Proven track record launching award-winning skincare concepts.
• Strong understanding of global cosmetic regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the innovation pipeline from concept to launch.
• Lead the NPD and formulation teams and collaborate with executive team.
• Oversee regulatory strategies and technical documentation at scale.
