Experienced Group Chief Information Officer - CIO (Multi-region / Global) - 2yr FTC or Permanent

Our client is a dynamic multi-billion turnover manufacturing business undergoing an end-to-end business transformation.

They require a highly accomplished and experienced CIO who has led strategy and execution across a multi-global region remit, and has led significant technology and digital change and transformation.

Requirements:

• Background in leading systemic end-to-end technology transformation across an international manufacturing landscape, ideally in pharmaceutical, chemical, or CPG manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of international supply chain, distribution, and manufacturing operations.
• Proven success in innovation, modernization, and technology enablement for an international business over a full 3+ year transformation cycle.
• Leadership skills to drive change and build high-performance teams and cultures.

The role is close to ExCo, owning the technology strategy at an exciting and pivotal stage in the global business.

You should be comfortable with regular travel to North of England (2-3 days/week) and occasional global travel, with high emotional intelligence to adapt to evolving cultures.

The company is investing heavily in growth and transformation, with executive support to lead digital and technology initiatives across infrastructure, enterprise applications, Data/AI, automation, service delivery, architecture, and agile product-centered working.
