Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO). The CIO will be responsible for driving the organization's technology strategy and overseeing the delivery of innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with business strategy and operational goals.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient IT architecture for a global, multi-site manufacturing enterprise.
- Lead the modernization of ERP, MES, LIMS, and CRM platforms; drive system integration and automation to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between plant systems (e.g., batch processing, QC, automation) and enterprise platforms.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategy and governance; implement controls, policies, and training aligned with standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Manage IT/OT risk and compliance across global operations (e.g., REACH, OSHA, EPA).
- Build enterprise data architecture to support analytics for supply chain, margin optimization, and sustainability.
- Champion the use of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive R&D, customer insights, and operational performance.
- Support digital initiatives across customer portals, order tracking, IoT, and predictive maintenance.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product development and environmental tracking.
- Lead and develop a service-oriented, business-focused IT organization.
- Partner closely with leaders across Operations, R&D, Sales, and Finance to align digital initiatives with business priorities
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required
- MBA or master’s in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
- Previous experience at a manufacturing company
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership, including recent experience as Chief Information Officer or Vice President, IT
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in multi-year IT planning and digital transformation execution.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation capabilities.
- Skilled in managing global teams and external providers (onshore/offshore).
