Purpose of the Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead A2Dominion’s digital, IT, and data strategy – enabling modern, secure and efficient services across the Group. A strategic and delivery-focused leader, you will drive innovation, oversee digital transformation, and ensure the organisation has the right tools, systems and capabilities to deliver for our residents. As a member of the Executive Management Team, you will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board – providing insight, challenge and forward-thinking leadership on all things digital. You’ll drive smarter, more efficient ways of working – combining innovation with a sharp eye on value for money. With a focus on doing things differently and doing them well, you’ll help build a modern, secure and customer-focused organisation. You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious Executive team at a time of change and opportunity.
