Job summary

Oxfam is seeking a Chief Income Officer to shape the next phase of its development. You will understand how audiences move between engagement forms and drive integration across income streams.

Working with the CEO, SLT and Trustees, you will lead an integrated income function, balance growth with sustainability, and provide strategic advice on investment, risk and opportunities within a large charity context.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in fundraising or income generation within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong track record of delivering sustained income growth.
• Proven ability to lead multiple income streams and integrate fundraising disciplines.
• Experience engaging with Boards, Trustees and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated income function across multiple fundraising disciplines and channels.
• Support the CEO and Strategic Leadership Team with income strategy and risk management.
