A leading helicopter training provider in the UK is seeking a motivated Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of flight training, ensuring compliance with CAA regulations, and mentoring instructors. Qualifications
Extensive SE instructional experience required.
Familiarity with integrated training programmes and compliance standards.
Strong understanding of ATO oversight and CAA regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of flight training for both SE and ME.
Maintain oversight of instructional standards.
Conduct flight training and skill tests when qualified.
Mentor new instructors and help with examiner progression.
Collaborate on course delivery improvements.
