With a highly engaged, targeted audience of UK CEOs and Founders, and strong brand momentum, the platform is perfectly positioned for accelerated growth — and needs an exceptional CGO to help take it to the next level.
As Chief Growth Officer, you will drive membership growth and commercialise a high-performing content engine. You will lead the marketing, sales, and commercial partnerships functions — building scalable acquisition funnels and high-performing commercial teams.
This is a growth and revenue role, not a pure brand role. We are looking for a commercially-minded leader who understands how to use content to drive acquisition, build exceptional customer journeys, and close deals with ambitious CEOs and Founders.
The role:
• Grow membership by acquiring high-quality CEO and Founder members.
• Own the marketing and sales funnel from content-driven lead generation through to conversion and onboarding.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team across growth marketing, sales, partnerships, and performance.
• Develop powerful acquisition journeys through content, events, media, and outbound strategies.
• Commercialise world-class media assets, including magazine, podcast, events, and newsletters.
• Create scalable systems with the right mix of data, tools, and processes.
• Align acquisition strategies closely with product, community, and retention initiatives.
The Ideal candidate:
• 8+ years' experience in sales, growth, or commercial leadership roles.
• A proven track record in B2B, membership, community, media, or SaaS sectors.
• Expertise in acquisition funnels, performance marketing, CRM, and sales team management.
• Experience turning content into acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire commercial teams.
• A passion for entrepreneurship and the growth journey of founders.
• A hunger to build something meaningful — and a willingness to get hands-on.
