The Role - Chief Financial Officer

Job Purpose

• Provision of commercial advice and expertise, acting as the primary advisor to the partnership in commercial decision making.
• Driving the business strategy to deliver strong commercial performance in the business.
• Leadership role for the finance function and department globally.
• Providing leadership to the finance teams and providing an exceptional level of service to the business.
• Provision of accurate financial information that satisfies internal requirements and external reporting.

Skills & Competencies

• A fully qualified accountant with previous experience of working as a director in a multinational organisation. Having a good understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• International experience of restructuring and optimising businesses
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Candidates will have gained experience in the built/construction environment; however, we will also consider experience gained in broader professional services sectors.
