As a key member of the Executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction while ensuring financial integrity and compliance. This role blends high-level commercial insight with technical expertise, supporting both growth initiatives and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting to the business, Board, and financial markets. Your ability to provide data-driven insights will directly influence key commercial decisions, helping to drive profitability and sustainable expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance (AASB, IFRS).
• Develop strong financial controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Provide commercial insights on pricing, margins, and business performance.
• Optimise supply chain costs and procurement strategies.
• Drive ERP implementation and digital transformation.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including cost efficiency and profitability analysis.

• Qualifications & Experience : Ideally a Big 4 CA qualification with 10+ years of senior financial management experience and a proven track record of success.
• Leadership in Action : A seasoned Group Financial Controller or Finance Director ready to step into a pivotal leadership role within an entrepreneurial environment.
• Industry Expertise : Experience in Manufacturing / FMCG, or project-based businesses is highly regarded but not essential.
• Personal Attributes : A credible, confident, and proactive professional with a flexible, engaging approach and the ability to foster positive change.
