Location: Reading / Hybrid (office-based 3 days per week in the Reading Office)

The company helps clients modernize legacy systems, enhance compliance, and leverage AI-ready infrastructure. Their client base includes government departments and financial institutions, managing billions of documents and delivering solutions that reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Currently generating revenues of approximately £10m, the company aims for a £100m valuation by 2030. Operating internationally across the UK, US, Middle East, and Asia, they have recently secured private equity investment to fuel a new growth phase.

The Role

The company seeks a dynamic and commercially savvy CFO to join the leadership team during this transformative phase. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in scaling the business, transitioning to a product-and-services revenue model, and driving strategic initiatives.
