As Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working closely with the CEO and private equity sponsors to guide the financial direction of the business. You will oversee a small finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while contributing to commercial and operational decision-making.

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial and management reports to the executive team and PE stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support business growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee tax, audit, risk, and compliance functions, coordinating with external advisors as needed.
  • Drive systems and process improvements to enhance scalability and reporting accuracy.
  • Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration efforts as directed by ownership.
  • Lead and develop a lean, high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
