We’re seeking a strategic leader to drive global fundraising efforts and shape financial strategies for large-scale CapEx projects and sustainable growth at Altilium.

As our Chief Financial Officer, you will lead fundraising initiatives, focusing on securing both equity and debt financing, while steering financial strategies to support Altilium’s expansion and net-zero goals. Key Focus Areas:

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead Series C and beyond, securing both equity and debt financing for high-Capex projects, while maintaining strong relationships with key investors, including venture capitalists, institutional lenders, and government bodies.
• Project Financing Expertise: Secure funding for large infrastructure projects, manage negotiations with financial institutions, and support due diligence processes.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to craft financial strategies, structure agreements, and align long-term goals with rapid scaling objectives.
• Capital Management: Oversee capital allocation, ensuring optimal cash flow and resource utilization for project milestones and growth.
• Financial Operations & Compliance: Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and adherence to ESG standards.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 8+ years in senior finance roles, with a strong track record in fundraising for mid/high capital, cleantech, industrial, or renewable energy projects.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, capital market expertise and fundraising strategies, negotiation and investor relations skills, financial modelling, and risk assessment capabilities with the ability to distil complex data.
• Relationship with Capital Markets: Strong, established relationships with key stakeholders across both debt and equity capital markets, including banking, institutional investors, and other financial institutions.
• Preferred Background: Experience in venture capital, investment banking or related fields including Battery recycling, Metals/Minerals, renewable energy, and large-scale manufacturing with a deep understanding of financial markets.
