The Company

We are currently working in partnership with a market-leading, Private Equity-backed international consultancy firm renowned for its expertise in a high-growth sector. With an ambitious strategy for expansion and exit, the company is scaling rapidly through both organic growth and strategic international acquisitions. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, they are now seeking an exceptional and entrepreneurial CFO to help lead the business through its next phase of transformative growth and value creation.

The Role

The Person

This is a rare opportunity to make a transformative impact within a high-growth, high-ambition consultancy. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience from a Private Equity-backed, international consultancy, managed services, or tech-enabled business. With a strong track record of leading multiple M&A transactions, you will demonstrate commercial finance leadership, data-driven strategic insight, and operational excellence across global markets. Exceptional stakeholder communication, pricing strategy expertise, and the ability to manage both recurring and project-based revenue models are essential. An entrepreneurial, pragmatic approach, paired with a genuine curiosity about AI and a deep commitment to understanding the business model and industry dynamics will be key to success in this role.
