A leading technical textile manufacturer is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their senior management team. The role involves overall financial responsibility, strategic leadership, and contributing to business growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial leadership within global manufacturing, coupled with a proven record of driving revenue and profit growth. The position is based in Scotland and may require travel.

They are now looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join the senior management team in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will have overall financial responsibility for the group and its subsidiaries and will have a significant Board voice on all commercial and operational matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidates will be able to demonstrate a good personal presence and strong leadership style combined with a confident, entrepreneurial and hard-working approach. Candidates must be technically excellent, commercially aware and bring the ability to inspire and influence people at all levels.
Preferred sector experience in global manufacturing with a proven track record of contributing to growing a business in terms of revenue, profit and geographic footprint. The CFO will be highly ambitious by nature, currently based in Scotland or willing to relocate for this role and happy to travel on a regular basis.
