Job description

SF Executive are working with a private equity backed media services business based in Manchester. The business has around £10M turnover and is growing rapidly while maintaining healthy profits.

We are seeking a confident, communicative, and resilient CFO who has experience operating in a standalone role and has led an exit transaction for investors or private shareholders. Given the company's age and size, the ideal candidate should be comfortable leading strategy, M&A activities, working with the board, and managing a small finance team while also handling day-to-day financial operations.

The organization is modern and forward-thinking. Most of the team work out in the field but are fully engaged in business growth and development. The role is based in Manchester or within reasonable commuting distance, with likely three days a week in the office.

This is a significant role with ongoing challenges but also opportunities for fun and development. A substantial package and equity stake are available for the successful candidate.
