Fast-growing luxury marketing and technology group with an acquisition business model. Current network of 13 specialist agencies. Operating internationally across the US, EMEA, and APAC, with multiple agency entities.

Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer will be the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure financial control, efficiency, discipline, and thorough, accurate reporting, as well as a drive for performance at every level.

Managing a central team of 12, with a dotted line into the finance business partners in the agencies, able to navigate complexity across international markets, drive M&A integrations, adopt and implement cutting-edge technology, and optimize cash flow with precision.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior finance leadership role
• Ideally experienced in marketing services or similar fields
• Proven track record in M&A execution, acquisition integration, and financial operations
• Prior experience in a listed, PE-backed, or high-growth business
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
