Job summary

DealHub Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer in the UK to lead the Group’s financial strategy through a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee finance across multiple sites, drive transformation, and partner with the Board on strategic investments and M&A.

The role requires a hands-on, commercially focused leader who can build scalable controls, governance, and reporting to enable growth to £250m+ turnover.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO, Finance Director or equivalent is required.
• Experience in multi-site environments, finance transformation, M&A and ERP implementation.

Chief Financial Officer

£75m+ Group | Significant Growth Ambition | UK

We are working exclusively with an ambitious, recently consolidated UK group operating within the industrial packaging and packaging solutions sector.

With revenues of approximately £75–80m and around 125 employees, the Group is entering an exciting phase of growth, with ambitions to reach £250m through organic growth, international expansion and strategic acquisitions.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in this next stage of the Group's development.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, Board and shareholders, you will provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the Group.

Key priorities will include:

• Leading the integration and transformation of the Group finance function.
• Building a scalable finance platform to support significant growth.
• Strengthening reporting, forecasting, controls and commercial insight.
• Supporting the Board with strategic planning, investment and capital allocation.
• Supporting acquisition activity, including due diligence and integration.
• Developing governance and financial infrastructure to support future investment.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused CFO role for someone who enjoys building, transforming and growing businesses.

About You

You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with previous CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leadership experience.

You will ideally have experience of:

• Multi-site, multi-entity environments.
• Finance transformation and integration.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering.
• M&A and/or buy-and-build environments.
• ERP implementation and systems transformation.
• Working with Boards, shareholders and other senior stakeholders.
