Hightown has a proud history of building and providing social housing, as well as supporting our customers and communities across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire. We currently own and manage 9,300 affordable homes, providing services to over 19,000 customers. Each year, we offer care and supported housing for nearly 800 individuals. Following the retirement of our longstanding finance leader, our new CFO will be an active member of the Executive Team, providing strategic financial expertise and collaborating across the organisation and with key stakeholders. The CFO will shape the financial strategy, drive Hightown's ability to invest and grow, and support the delivery of the business plan through effective financial resource planning and reporting.

This leadership role will contribute to Hightown's navigation of an increasingly complex operating environment, with a focus on strengthening our support for existing customers and homes.
