Finatal are currently working with a B2B, API driven private equity backed SaaS business based in Sussex looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
The business is currently operating at £24m revenue, £5m EBITDA and looking to scale to £100m revenue, £20m EBITDA.
The team are looking for a CFO to join the business who can professionalise the finance function though the reporting, data and systems perspective to drive value creation.
The candidate should have acquisition, scaling and bolt-on experience internationally, particularly the US.
They will need to be familiar with SaaS metrics such as ARR, LTV & CAC. Experience working in a high-volume SaaS or Fintech would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate would be charismatic, engaging and driven to work alongside and partner with the CEO.
