DealHub Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead finance for an international manufacturing group backed by private equity. You will report to the Board and investors, shaping strategy, reporting, controls and capital allocation across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

The role requires extensive multinational experience, PE exposure, and a hands-on leadership style to drive value creation and rigorous financial governance for the group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing businesses.
• Experience in PE-backed organisations.
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent).
• Experience with consolidation, treasury, FX, and working capital.
• Strong commercial acumen and board-level gravitas.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Board, investors and subsidiary CEOs, helping drive growth, profitability and value creation.
• Lead group-wide reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including consolidated monthly financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital, liquidity and foreign exchange across the international group.
• Manage group borrowing facilities and ensure covenant compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting across multiple businesses and jurisdictions.
• Drive greater consistency, transparency and financial best practice throughout the group.
• Provide commercial and financial insight to support key strategic and operational decisions.
• Act as a key partner to the private equity investor and senior leadership team.

Private Equity-Backed International Manufacturing Group

Up to £200K base + Bonus + Equity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a successful, private equity-backed international manufacturing group.

Operating through multiple businesses across Europe, the Americas and Asia, the group generates nine-figure revenues and is profitable and cash generative.

This is a highly visible CFO appointment, working closely with the Board, private equity investor and subsidiary CEOs to drive financial performance, strengthen reporting and controls, and support the continued growth and development of the group.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic financial leadership to the Board, investors and subsidiary CEOs, helping drive growth, profitability and value creation.
• Leading and developing group-wide reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including consolidated monthly financial reporting.
• Managing cash flow, treasury, working capital, liquidity and foreign exchange across the international group.
• Managing group borrowing facilities and ensuring covenant compliance.
• Strengthening financial controls, governance and reporting across multiple businesses and jurisdictions.
• Driving greater consistency, transparency and financial best practice throughout the group.

The Candidate

We are looking for an established CFO or senior finance leader who can demonstrate:

• International experience is essential, with responsibility for finance across multiple countries, entities and jurisdictions.
• Significant experience within industrial/manufacturing businesses is essential.
• Experience within a private equity-backed organisation.
• A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong experience of international group consolidation, reporting, treasury, FX, cash and working capital management.
• A proven track record of improving financial controls, reporting and forecasting in complex organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the gravitas to operate confidently at Board and investor level.
• A hands‑on, pragmatic approach and the ability to work effectively with subsidiary CEOs and operational management teams.
